We handle all NDIS participant information in accordance with:

  • The NDIS (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018.

  • The NDIS Code of Conduct for providers.

  • Privacy and confidentiality obligations under the NDIS Practice Standards.
     

We will:

  • Keep participant files and incident reports for the periods mandated by NDIS quality and safeguards requirements.

  • Only share participant information with:

    • You, or your authorised representative.

    • NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission or other regulators, when required.

    • Our accredited support personnel, under strict confidentiality agreements.
       

4. Disclosure of Your Information

  • Service providers & partners: Hostinger (hosting), analytics providers, and other trusted partners assisting in Site operation or service delivery.

  • Regulatory authorities: if required by law, court order, or NDIS audit.

  • Emergency situations: to protect someone from serious harm.

We employ technical and organisational safeguards (encryption, access controls, secure backups) to protect personal data. However, no online transmission is completely secure.
 

6. Data Retention

  • NDIS participant records: retained for at least seven years after the last date of service, or longer if required by law.
