4. NDIS Service Agreements & Pricing

  • Service Agreements: All NDIS-funded supports are delivered under a written Service Agreement in line with the NDIS Price Guide and NDIS Terms of Business.

  • Pricing & Cancellations: Fees, cancellation charges, and no-show policies comply with the current NDIS Price Guide. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in writing and abide by NDIS requirements.
     

5. NDIS Code of Conduct


As an NDIS-registered provider, we and our staff adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct, which includes obligations to:

  • Act with respect and integrity.

  • Provide supports in a safe and competent manner.

  • Respect participant rights and dignity.

  • Report any unlawful or inappropriate conduct.
     

6. Disclaimer of Warranties


The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted access.
 

7. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yarrabah Care Connect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or NDIS services.
 

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
